10,000 s.f. was renovated out of the pre-existing 22,000 s.f. facility. The renovation included an interior service drive through, as well as a customer centric sales floor with an open and welcoming service layout.

Berlin High School
Renovate-as-New of existing 254,965 s.f. and additional 20,000 s.f. including classrooms, cafeteria, science laboratories, offices, auditorium and new Tech Ed wing.
